Timing
We process orders within 1-2 business days and dispatch parcels to the courier from Monday to Thursday.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the location.

Tracking
If you wish to receive a tracking code, please contact us after placing your order at info@purefiji.cz.

Delivery
As a signature is required upon delivery, we recommend providing a work address or an address where someone will be available to sign for it.
If you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification and options for redelivery.

Responsibility
Pure Fiji is not responsible for parcels that have been signed for and delivered, and subsequently lost.
